The rolling average value of a PEVA set of years.
Utilized comparing the last three years (50%/30%/20%) versus the
three years prior.

SPRO
RAVE |
A rolling average value of PEVA over the last four years
with higher percentage values for the maximum year and lower percentage
values for the minimum year. Utilized with Free Agent service
time and EXPEQ players above a certain regular RAVE value. |

combining the grades of various categories, including Innings or Games
Played, Fielding Percentage, Range Factor, Catcher Caught Stealing

given to maximum player and comparative values to players below maximum
compared to average levels. |

A yearly and cumulative value for a player, utilizing
Games Played, Innings Pitched, and Plate Appearances compared to number of
team games. Used as quotient comparable to Major League Service
Time (MLST) in both years prior to MLST and during the period of MLST
use. Format of Years.Percentage of Years. EXPEQ is used to calculate SPRO numbers. |

year basis in the format of Year.Days. A player may get up to
1.000 years of credit per year. Arbitration begins at 3.000 (with
the top % of Super Two players also eligible). Free agency begins
at year 6.000. |
